The 2013 Roanoke Rapids graduate, now freshman at William Peace University picked up his first career win at the college level Thursday night in Cary.
Aron Crumb (1-0), who came in for relief, pitched 2.2 innings facing 11 batters. allowed 2 hits, 1 run, 1 walk and struck-out 2. Crumb pitched 52 pitches with 32 of those strikes. Peace hosted Greensboro college, their first ever USA South match-up and finished it with a 12-8 win.
