Halifax hosted Warren County in a non-conference game Monday.

Both teams score one run in the first inning and the score remained tied, until Halifax scored two runs taking the lead and the win 3-1.

Hannah Clary earned the win on the mound pitching seven innings, striking out 6 batters.

At the plate for Halifax: Hayley Wood had a single and a double, Hannah Clary had 2 singles and 1 RBI, Candice Smith had a single and 1 RBI while Drew Rose had 1 RBI.

Halifax improves to 8-3 overall and Tuesday's game against St. David's is a forfeit, so that improves Halifax Softball to 9-3 overall and the girls have two weeks off before their next game which is away against Oakwood School April 28th.
