Registration for the 2014 Roanoke Valley Swim team opens May 1 and closes June 01.

Late registration (after June 1) will incur a $15 late registration fee, and swimmer may not be practiced enough to participate in first meet. Please conference with coaches if you are a late registrant.

Go to rvstrocks.com and download a registration form and copy of liability form and swimmer evaluation form. These forms must be filled out and signed, and they may be returned with a check made to "RVST, Inc." at the T.J.Davis Recreation Center before June 1 with a copy of the swimmer's birth certificate to be kept on file.

Swimmers must be between the ages of 5 and 18 as of June 1, 2014, and must be able to swim 25 yards (one length of pool)*

*Children unable to swim the length of the pool may still participate as members of the "Pup Squad"

Fee Schedule:

Registration Fees: $75.00 per child/Resident, $80 Non-resident

· Coaching fee $ 50.00

· Leagues dues $ 5.00

· Swimcap        $ 5.00

· T-shirt          $ 10.00

· Pool use fee $ 5.00 resident/$10.00 non-resident

                                $ 75.00 resident/$80.00 non-resident

If your child is a returning swimmer this year, or if you are unable to make the meeting,  you may download registration online and mail with check (and copy of birth certificate for new swimmers only) to
