Roanoke Rapids JV baseball team closed out their home 2014 season Wednesday night.
The JV Jackets hosted South Granville at Doyle field.
Zackery Connell's single in the bottom of the 9th for the Jackets scored the winning run as the JV Jackets defeated South Granville 7 to 6.
They travel to Bunn Friday night for season ending game.
