Two Yankee game reports.

Yankees win over Cardinals 23-5 June 2nd. Nine Yankees batters had a combine 15 total hits. 

Aaron Jackson 3-3, Colby Warren 2-3, Rob Poythresis 2-3, Eric Hockaday 2-3, Koty Davis 2-3, Robert Weber 1-2, Carson Neal 1-2, Dillon Jenkins 1-2 and Joshua Elias 1-3. 

Warren got the start on the hill, giving up no runs  on 1 hit and 4 strikeouts.  Jackson came in relief in the 3rd giving up 3 runs not hits and 3 walks.  Hockaday finished the last inning yielding 2 runs on 1 hit and 2 walks. 

For the Cardinals Peyton Galloway was the losing pitcher giving up 13 runs on 6 hits 4 walks and 2 strikeouts.  AC Tant came in relief giving up 10 runs on 8 hits 4 walks and 2 strikeouts. 

Leading hitter for the Cardinals was Galloway going 2-2.

Yankees take down the Orioles 14-3 Friday night June 6th at Doyle field.  

Joshua Elias started on the mound for the Yankees going 5 innings. Giving up 2 runs on 1 hit, 2 walks and 10 strikeouts. Carson Neal pitched the final inning giving up 1 run, 3 hits and 2 walks.  

Yankees totaled 13 hits were, Neal 2-4, Elias 2-3, AaronJackson 2-3, Coly Warren 1-3, Rob Poythersis 2-4 with in the park home-run. Koty Davis 1-3, Eric Hockaday 2-4, Andrew Hrisanthacopoulas 1-3, and Dillon Jenkins, Stephen Jarrett both drew walks.

Player of the game went to DJ Keeter who made 2 key plays by putting the ball in play reaching base once.

The Orioles leading hitters were Jarrett Yarboro 3-3, Bracy Irby 1-3, Matthew Williams 1-3 and Tyler Sherin 1-3.
