Three games down in Charlotte, now for the Medals.

Roanoke Rapids High Junior classmates Lady Jackets softball players Hunter Martin and Jordan Carpenter played three games already seeing action.

In their first game Monday night for the Region 3 - 2014 Powerade State Games team in Charlotte they team lost 6-8.

In game two played Tuesday morning they went nine innings and the game tied 6-6.

In game three played Tuesday night, Region 3 won 10-5 and claimed the #2 seed in B bracket and will go for the Bronze medal Wednesday night at 6:15 PM at the UNC Charlotte field.
