Roanoke Rapids High School has set a date for physicals at RRHS.  

This is for all athletes who will play a sport this year at RRHS or Chaloner Middle School.

Date:  This Thursday July 31

Time:  6-8 pm

Place:  RRHS Gymnasium

Cost:  $10 per athlete.  Cash only.  Please have exact change.

Forms:  Forms can be found in the school office at RRHS or online at the RRHS website under Athletics (rrhs.rrgsd.org).  Please have all forms filled out, other than the part to be filled out by the physician, before attending the physical.
