Babe Ruth Southeastern Regional tournament pool games and earn the #1 seed

National Division in the single elimination bracket. .

The Jackets took care of Varina VA Thursday night winning 8-3.

On the mound for the Jacket: Josh Elias pitched 4 innings allowing 2 hits, 1 run,

1 walk and 1 strike-out. Cameron Rogerson pitched 3 innings allowing 2 hits,

2 runs, 2 walks and 3 strike-outs.

At the plate for the Jackets: Hunter Connell went 2 for 3 with 1 RBI, Jordan

Collins went 1 for 2 with 2 RBI's, Marcus Allen went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI's,

Bracey Irby went 1 for 4, Colby Warren went 1 for 4 with 1 RBI, Brandon

Moody had 1 RBI.

The Jackets face the #2 seed American Division Saturday at 1 PM and will be
