A fundraising BBQ Chicken plate sale will be held 
Friday September 12th for Roanoke Rapids football 
referee Paul Price.


Price, a correctional Sergeant at Caledonia Correctional 
Institution suffered a heart-attack back in June and 
has had a pacemaker and defibrillatorsurgery and 
suffered a couple strokes and has been out of work.

Price also has refereed in the Valley for years on the 
football field from youth to high school field.

Plates will consist of BBQ chicken, baked beans, potatoes 
and roll for $8 donation. 

The plates will be served between 11 AM-2 PM at Big 
Time Pawn on East 10th Street in Roanoke Rapids.  

They will deliver for 5 or more orders within the City area.
