Halifax Academy take it to five sets on Senior night

Halifax Academy hosted a conference match against Kerr-Vance Academy Monday afternoon.  The match was Halifax's last regular season home match and seniors Emilie Alston, Megan Kessinger and Hayley Heath were recognized.

First the JV team hit the court first falling in the first set 18-25 rebounded the second set winning 25-16 but fell in final set 21-25. With one regular season Match tomorrow at Rocky Mount Academy Halifax JV's overall record is 9-8,

The Varsity team had taken it to 5 sets earlier in the season at Kerr-Vance coming out on top but Mondays match lived up to five set, but KVA came up the winner this time. 25-15 Halifax Win, 21-25 KVA winner, 18-15 KVA winner, 25-20 Halifax winner and 12-15 KVA winners to take the match.

Halifax will wrap up the 14-15 regular season tomorrow on the road at Rocky Mount Academy.
