The Optimist Club
of Roanoke Rapids will be hosting it's annual Halloween
carnival and haunted house on Halloween night October
31st from 6 to 8 PM at T.J. Davis Recreation Center.
The carnival is for kids 12 and under.
There will also be a costume judging contest.
Free candy and toys will be give out to game participants.
The haunted house will be $2 per person.
