Warren County sweeps Roanoke Rapids Tuesday night

After the JV girls and boys lost to Warren County the varsity boys and girls fell as well

The varsity girls had a close game going into half time, but could not take control the second half and lost their conference opener to Warren County 40-55.

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were:  Brianna Allen and Hayley Farrow with 9 points each.

In the varsity boys game the Hive was buzzing back and forth with Roanoke fans and Warren County fans. in the end the Yellow Jackets came up a little short, falling 60-65.

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were:  Cameron Yarboro with 19 points, DJ Jones had 14 points and Tyler Acree had 11 points.
