JV basketball Christmas Tournament

Halifax Academy hosting a two day Christmas JV basketball tournament.

In the JV girls action Friday Brunswick Academy beat Faith Christian 29-20, while Halifax Academy beat Northeast Carolina Prep 45-16 to advance to the Championship game Saturday at 2 PM.

Leading scorers for Halifax Academy were: Sydney Smith with 23 points, Emerson Poole and Kate Hawkins with 10 points each and Maddie Suiter with 2 points.
