GCP hosted William R. Davie Middle basketball Tuesday

GCP girls basketball lose a heart breaker 9-11 to William R, Davie Middle school.

Leading scorers for William R. Davie were:  Niaja Bell with 6 points, Aleah Alston with 2 points and Brianna Jefferson with 2 points.

Leading scorers for GCP were:  Naja Boone with 5 points and Izzy Buffaloe with 2 points and drop to a 1-4 record.

GCP boys earned the win against William R. Davie 44-30.

Leading scorers for GCP were:  Tarik Adams with 15 points and Paul Whitby with 14 points. GCP moves to a 7-0 overall and 5-0 in conference.

Leading scorers for William R. Davie were:  Danyus Daniels with 9 points, Cadrilyus Squire with 5 points and Jesse Alston with 4 points

GCP will travel to Enfield Wednesday.

William R. Davie will travel to Rocky Mount Prep. Wednesday.
