Keep Coach Mike Newsome in your prayers

Long time coach and friend Mike Newsome has been admitted to the hospital this past Friday afternoon.

If you or your children have played any sports in the Roanoke Valley, you know or have seen coach Newsome. 

Newsome has beaten a heart attack and bypass surgery back in 2004 and has recovered from a mild stroke from 2013.
