Both Roanoke Rapids JV & Varsity girls came up short on Senior night to close their regular season

Roanoke Rapids JV girls lost 21-24 to Durham School of Arts.

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were: Katherine Clayton with 9 points, Nyia Pierce with 5 points, Camden Bierbauer & Imani Cole with 3 points each  & Breanna Allen with 1 point.

Seniors Brianna Allen and Kaitlin Barkley played their last home game on the jackets court Friday night & Brooke Vincent who was out all season after knee surgery, were all recognized for Senior night.

Roanoke Rapids kept it close until the last few minutes, when Durham School of Arts opened up.

Roanoke Rapids varsity girls lost to DSA 35-54.

Leading scorers for Roanoke Rapids were: Brooke McClenny with 11 points, Brianna Allen with 10 points, Kaitlin Barkley with 6 points, Alizae Neville & Taylor Medlin with 4 points each.
