Stepping up to honor coach Mike Newsome

There will be a cornhole tournament to raise money for Team Mike" in honor of the late coach Mike Newsome March 21, 2015 at TJ Davis Recreation Center. Funds are being raised to purchase a commercial 35 ft. permanent flagpole at Chockeyotte Park and Newsome fields in Roanoke Rapids.   

Registration will start at 10AM and bags will fly at 11AM. Team donation is $20 per team and top three teams in the double elimination tournament will receive trophies. The tournament itself will be ran by Ricky Dorer of Roanoke Valley Cornhole. Concessions will be available with Pizza, Hot dogs and drinks.
