Chaloner baseball host Halifax JV at home Wednesday and picked up win #2

Chaloner Middle school defeated Halifax Academy JV in a 14-0 shutout.

The MVP of the game was Collin Long who pitched a excellent game for the Jackets by pitching 5 scoreless innings in a no-hitter. Long struck-out 5 batters and walked none and only 3 Halifax batters reached base due to errors in the field.

Long also brought his bat to the game by getting 2 hits & 2 RBI's. Brandon Collier also hat 2 hits including a bases loaded triple. Jake Van Dam had 2 hits & 2 RBI's, while Ethan Dixon also had 2 hits. Trevor Harrison also had a hit & 2 RBI's.

Chaloner's next game is Thursday March 2nd at home against Enfield Middle.
