RRHS Baseball loses to East Carteret in the third round of the Ray Avery Easter Tournament by a score of 13-11

Jarret Williamson, pitching in relief, took the loss on the mound.

RRHS had 15 hits on the day. Leading Hitters were Bracy Irby with 3 hits and 4 RBI.  Others with 3 hits each were Marcus Allen, Colby Warren, and Hunter Connell.

Head coach Mark Snead stated, "It was tough not to finish off this game and the tournament with a win, but there were a lot of positives to take from these three games.  We started stringing hits together and get our offense going. We were also able to get everyone a start during the tournament which adds to our depth that will help as we start conference play back next week."

The Yellow Jackets now stand at 4-4 overall and 3-1 in conference play. The next game for RRHS will be at home against Southern Vance on Tuesday April 14. Game time will be 6pm.
