The Roanoke Valley Girls Softball League under 10 all-stars are still undefeated after game two in the Little Tarheel District 7 all-star tournament in Tarboro Sunday.

The U10 all-stars beat Currituck in 4 innings 14 to 1 Sunday

On the mound was Ashlyn Cooke with 1st 3 innings with 6 strikeouts. Natalie Reda closed the game out in the 4th inning with 2 strikeouts.

Leading at the plate for the Roanoke Valley girls were: Logan Storey 4-4, Morgan Hudomint and Ella Howell 3-4, Ashlyn Cooke and Susannah Odom 2-3, Alana Mitchell 1-1, Brooke Ott and Janiya Odom1-2, and Lauren Garner 1-4.

" My girls came out first inning first ones to hit batting all the way through the line-up and scoring 5 runs to get it started," stated head coach Jen Ott.

If rain holds off and allows the team to hit the field again tomorrow night against Camden at 6 PM, as both teams are currently undefeated. The  Winner advances to the Championship game Tuesday night as the loser falls to the loser bracket.
