New head coaches announced for the 2015-16 season at both Gaston College Preparatory (GCP Middle school) & KIPP High.

Former GCP head coach Geof Muma has been named as the KIPP High head football coach. Coach Muma has coached the GCP Middle school team for three years. After his winless first season and only one touchdown, the team improved to a second place conference run and won the championship game and followed with a second place in the conference and fell short in the championship game.

Assistant GCP coach Melvin Garner has been named as the GCP head football coach, while  brothers David & Brian Cieslinski have been  named to take over the coaching duties for the GCP Halifax/Northampton Youth Football League team.
