Weldon Middle football team traveled to Conway Middle Wednesday afternoon.

Conway defeated Weldon 20 to 16 improving their record to 1-1 and dropping Weldon to 0-2.

For Conway, Marquez Majette scored a touchdown, Kevin Garris and Jatez Britt also scored one touchdown each. Jatez Britt also added a two point conversion.

William R. Davie hosted Rocky Mount Prep. with Davie winning 26-0 improving to a 2-0 record.

Gaston Middle forfeited to Chaloner Middle.
