Halifax Academy Cross Country ran in New Bern @ Epiphany School Monday.

Both Vikings teams placed 3rd overall. Many of Halifax runners set personal records.

Jackson Harris, finishing 3rd with a time of 17:56, along with Holt Gordon, Will Cooke, & Jacob Harris led the way for the boys.

Kate Starnes, finishing 7th overall with a time of 22:51, along with Whitney George, Kiara Carter, & Abby George paced the girls.

"The runners (boys & girls) ran well, pushed through the weather concerns, and finished our regular season with strong performances," said head coach Wendy Starnes.
