Roanoke Valley base RV Power 03 travel softball team traveled to Kinston this weekend.

The RV Power team is in Kinston in the USSSA "Trunk of Treat" tournament.

In Saturday's action, RV Power beat Orion Hunter 11-4 in pool play and headed to the double elimination bracket.

In game one of the bracket play, RV Power beat the Dirt Devils 8-2 but lost to Diamond Divas 5-7.

Saturday night was set aside for teams to dress up and trick or treat and teams made haunted houses as well.

The RV team returns to the diamond Sunday morning at 8 :30 AM.
