Northwest and Southeast Halifax High schools have a guest speaker lined up to speak to area athletes and their parents.

Sam McNabb the father of NFL Star Donovan McNabb will be at Northwest Halifax High School's gym Wednesday March 23rd at 6 PM and he will be at Southeast Halifax High School's gym Thursday March 24th at 6 PM.  

The invitation is open to all area schools; William R.Davie, Northwest Halifax, Enfield Middle, Southeast Halifax, Weldon Middle, Weldon High, Chaloner Middle, Roanoke Rapids High, Halifax Academy, Northeast Academy, Hobgood Academy, Gaston Middle, Northampton County High, All Kipp/GCP Schools and all youth football teams from elementary schools in the Halifax/Northampton Junior League.

There is no admission to attend. Please bring your son/daughter out to meet Mr.McNabb and word is that Donovan may be in attendance as well.
