Roanoke Rapids native Emily Suiter part of the NC State second place cheer team at Cheer Ltd. Nationals at CANAM in Myrtle Beach this weekend.

Cheer Ltd. Nationals at CANAM is a first-rate National Championship for all age levels in cheer and dance. Suiter and her NC State Cheer teammates competed in the medium coed collegiate division with very stiff competition. Suiter a Halifax Academy Alumni is in her 3rd year of cheering at NC State and has maintained deans list every semester. University of Wisconsin placed first in the competition.
