The Roanoke Rapids Youth Baseball Association (RRYBA) held it's 3rd Annual Pre-season tournament this past weekend at Ledgerwood Park.

Given Nationwide's MUCK DOGS went 3-0 to win the Major League Division in the RRYBA 3rd annual Pre-season tournament.

They outscored their opponents 38 to 17 to win the tournament.

In the championship game; Davis Liverman and Parker Bristow handled the pitching duties against a tough Sand Gnats team.

The Muck Dogs had hits from Liverman, Bristow and Austin Geary.

The Sand Gnats pitchers were Caleb Byerly, Braxton Coggins and Jonathan Conner. Byerly and Coggins had hits for their squad as well.

The final was 6-2 in the Championship game.
