The Roanoke Rapids Youth Baseball Association's Under 9 All-Star team are in Wilmington preparing for this weekends Eastern NC State Cal-Ripken Tournament.
The Roanoke Rapids team in the American Division fell to the Sandhills team this morning 29-3 and fall to the loser bracket in the double elimination tournament. The Roanoke Rapids team are scheduled at 3:30 PM to face Deep River.
