Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp, Ross McKinney & friends are in the planning stages of a "Touch a Truck" event for July 30th.

Children love to explore, climb, touch and crawl, so at this event they get to “All Aboard” to investigate vehicles they see out on the road.

From big rigs to emergency vehicles, children of all ages can look, see, touch and ask questions.

The City of Roanoke Rapids, has graciously allowed the use of the parking lot at the Roanoke Rapids Theater!

SATURDAY, JULY 30TH (10AM - 4PM) Admission will be ‪#‎FREE! Just bring a non-perishable food item for the sheriff's office food pantry!!
