The Roanoke Valley Girls Softball League All-star teams are in Camden this weekend for the 2016 Little Tarheel District 7 all-star tournament.

The Roanoke Valley U14 all-stars had a first round bye Friday. On Saturday they beat Cashie 13-6 and faced Cashie again Sunday for the Championship and lost 14-9. The If Championship game will be Monday July 11th at 7PM.

Elizabeth Colston and Cassidy Dickens pitched well for Roanoke Valley.

The Roanoke Valley all-stars had one bad inning in the top half of the second inning giving up 7 runs while making 6 errors and timely hitting by cashie on the errors.
