Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets hosted across town rivals Weldon Chargers in the "HIVE" Wednesday night.
The Yellow Jackets JV boys, Varsity Girls and boys swept the Chargers with all three wins.

Post game comments from Roanoke Rapids head coach Tyler Snyder. "it was such an up tempo game by both teams. We did an excellent job of crashing the boards. When you have a smaller team and play up tempo, everyone has to rebound and that is what did tonight. Weldon is a tough team and well coached. When we face them again it is going to be a great game."
Roanoke Rapids heads to KIPP High Thursday night while Weldon host North Edgecombe Friday night December 9th.
