Post match comments from Roanoke Rapids head wrestling coach DA White, "It was an exciting match. We still have a lot to work on in practice.  Louisburg is a good team in the light weight. However our experienced wrestlers in the upper weight classes put Louisburg out of reach. We were down 19-15 going into the 152 lb. Weight class."

The Roanoke Rapids Wrestling team will travel to Chapel Hill Thursday and Friday to wrestle in an individual Tournament consisting of 44 teams throughout the East coast.
