Roanoke Rapids resident Zachary Carter earns his 3rd degree Black Belt in TKD from Smith Family Martial Arts Saturday January 21th in Roanoke Rapids.
Twelve years in training to reach his 3rd Degree Black Belt.
Seventeen year old Carter is a Junior at Roanoke Rapids High school and is the son of William "Perk" and Tammy Perkinson of Roanoke Rapids.
