To celebrate veterans in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding counties, the Center for Energy Education, with a range of community partners, will host its annual recognition ceremony to honor service, courage and dedication of those in the community who served.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., C4EE will welcome veterans, elected officials, community leaders and the public to a free Veterans Day program on November 6, at 460 Airport Road in Roanoke Rapids, to celebrate their service.

This event, which includes a light lunch, is free and open to the public.
