A summer children’s event called Roar VBS will be hosted by Rosemary United Methodist Church from Monday, June 17 to Thursday, June 20.  

The focus of the camp is for children to discover God is good even when life get wild.

The children will participate in Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, experience Wild Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home.

Children will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with the Safari Celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned.

Roar is for children from preschool to rising sixth-graders and will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Lunch will be provided.

Oak Grove

Oak Grove Baptist Church will hold vacation Bible school June 17 through June 21 beginning at 6 p.m.

The church is located at 10614 Highway 158 outside Littleton.
