The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported the following, according to Captain Jamie Hardy:
Officers responded to two drive-by style shootings Monday — one at Meadowbrook mobile home park and the other at Adams Circle.
Hardy said investigators don’t believe the two shootings are related.
The one at Meadowbrook occurred in the 100 block of Collins Avenue around 8:15 a.m.
The one in the 100 block of Adams Circle in the South Rosemary area occurred shortly after 2:15 p.m.
No one was injured in either shooting. The residences did sustain structural damages from the shots fired.

Detective Hayden Marshall is investigating a case Monday where the victim’s debit was used at Family Dollar on Tenth Street around 2:30 p.m.
Hardy said it is believed the victim dropped the card and the person shown in the photos picked it up and used it.
