The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office reported the following, according to Captain A.M. Harris:
On Thursday narcotics agents went to the Enfield area to attempt to locate several people wanted on outstanding felony drug warrants.
With assistance from Officer P. Pierce of the Enfield Police Department, Kamozea Parker, 23, of Holliday Drive was located and arrested.

Agent B.J. Murphy had obtained warrants on Parker for deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell/deliver marijuana.
Clarence Edwards, 27, of Branch Street surrendered to Agent A.D. Cash at the sheriff's office shortly after midnight.
Edwards was served with warrants for sell marijuana, deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell/deliver marijuana.
Parker and Edwards were given written promises to appear in court on December 16.
Murphy and Cash conducted the investigations after receiving complaints from Pierce and Captain Chuck Hasty about possible drug activity.
