The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man who attempted to break into Pleasant’s Used Cars located at the corner of Hinson Street and Roanoke Avenue. 

The attempt occurred on December 23 between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., Chief Bobby Martin said.

Martin said the person in the photo is not believed to be a suspect in a string of vehicle break-ins which have occurred in the Old Farm Road area and other neighborhoods within that vicinity.
