The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is investigating the larceny of tools following the break-in of a shed located on the property of Fairwood Lanes.

Multiple tools were taken in the August 15 crime which occurred shortly after 1 a.m. Shortly before 5:30 a.m. the suspect  returned and took more items.

The suspect, according to the police department, appears to be a black male with a full white beard in his 50s to 60s.
