Parker was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 bond and November 30 court date.

While patrolling Interstate 95 Saturday, Martin conducted a traffic stop for speeding.

Further investigation led to a search of the vehicle in which a firearm and marijuana were located.
