Nathan Lynch, 19, was arrested Thursday by the Rocky Mount Police Department. Rocky Mount authorities charged him felony hit and run.

Warrants are on file for the arrest of Rasheem Richardson, 17. Detective Obert Wiltsie of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said no photo of Richardson was immediately available today.

Initial investigation of the case by Lieutenant George Evans and Deputy W.F. Thompson developed leads in the case, in which items were taken from the residence.

Further investigation by Wiltsie led to warrants for Lynch and Richardson for conspiracy to commit breaking and entering; larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. Lynch was additionally charged with obtaining property by false pretense and was jailed on $20,000 bond. He was assigned a December 16 court date.
