HCC unveils Allen stamp

Halifax Community College Wednesday celebrated its ninth annual postage stamp dedication service.

The stamp unveiling is the first event in the college's 2016 Lyceum Series of Special Events.

This year's stamp honored Richard Allen, the founder of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
