Debra Kay Hudson Clark

Debra Kay Hudson Clark, 65, of Shearin Drive, Littleton passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Debbie was born November 25, 1952 in Halifax County to the late James David Hudson and Pauline Elizabeth Reed Hudson.

She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School and was secretary of the Methodist Women. Debbie was a very loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother. She loved cooking, was a hard worker, best friend to many and always put others before herself.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Kenny Clark of the home; her children, Russell Yarborough of Shallotte, Jamie Yarborough of Littleton and Heather Yarborough of Roanoke Rapids; her sisters and brothers, Dick Hudson and his wife Gail of Dover, DE, Vicki Leggett and her husband Andy of Williamston, Joey Hudson and his special friend Susan Williams and Lizzie Hudson both of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Anthony McClellan, Ashley Allison, Katelyn Yarborough, Erin Yarborough, Michaela Clements, Hudson Yarborough, Henry Payne, Alyssa Yarborough, Madison Foster, Sean Foster and Collin Foster; her great-grandchildren, Courtlyn Allison, Emmalyn Yarborough, Cadence McClellan, Ryleigh Taylor, Kai Taylor and Rhiannon Taylor; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hudson, Amy Jackson, Tammy McGill, Jason Leggett, Chris Leggett and Becky Griffin and numerous other family members to include the Clark and Yarborough families.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 11, 2017 at New Hope United Methodist Church with Rev. Sue Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service and other times at the home of her brother, Joey Hudson, 1010 Coburn Street, Roanoke Rapids.

Memorials may be made to the residents of Magnolia Gardens of Warrenton, 930 US Hwy 158, Warrenton, NC 27589.
