Wednesday closings and delays

As of this report Halifax Community College has not made a decision on whether it will close Wednesday, President Michael Elam said this evening.

Judge Brenda Branch has not made a decision whether to delay or cancel district courts in Halifax, Bertie or Northampton counties.

Here are the known closings and delays for Wednesday:

Choanoke Public Transportation on severe weather plan.

Cornerstone Christian closed.

Gaston College Prep closed.

Gingerbread House closed.

Halifax Academy closed.

Halifax County Schools closed.

Haliwa-Saponi Tribal School closed.

Kipp Halifax closed.

Northampton County administrative offices on two-hour delay.

Northampton County Schools closed.

Roanoke Rapids government and facilities closed. Government offices will open on a two-hour delay Thursday.

Roanoke Rapids schools closed.

Weldon City Schools closed.
