Born in Halifax County, NC, she was the daughter of the late James Richard Duke Sr. and Nell Boone Duke.
Nell was a loving Wife and Mother.
Nell is survived by her husband, Kenneth Williams; her son Ken Williams Jr. of Jackson, NC; her brother Jimmy Duke of Jackson, NC; her niece, Bernadette Duke.
Memorial Services will be held at the Jackson Baptist Church on Thursday, February 15, 2018. at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Warren Heitzenrater and Rev. Roy Porter officiating.
Interment will follow in the Jackson Cemetery in Jackson, NC.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church on Thursday, February 15, 2018.
