Both Bailey and Richardson were cited to appear in court for carrying concealed weapons on Nov. 3 On Sunday around 4 a.m. Deputy Joe Sealy responded to the Mimosa Drive area off Highway 158 to a disturbance involving two armed men. The compartment was located between Bobby Purnell Jr., 21 of Roanoke Rapids, and Eric Maurice Perry, 28, of Weldon, in the rear passenger area of the van.
