One of the final alleged suspects in an August 17 shooting outside a Roanoke Avenue grocery store surrendered Tuesday, according to Roanoke Rapids police.

Trevor Johnson faces three counts of aggravated assault, one weapons violation and one count of criminal damage to property.

Police this morning said the aggravated assault counts reflect the number of people in a vehicle that Johnson allegedly shot into the night of the shooting outside Bobby's Supermarket.

Police have yet to discuss a motive in the case, which left one man with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The case remains under investigation and police continue to look for Collie Davis Jr.

With Johnson's surrender, four alleged suspects have turned themselves in.

Johnson was jailed on $50,000 bond.

Anyone with information on Davis is encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
