CSX begins rail crossing upgrades Monday

CSX Monday begins an aggressive rail crossing upgrade that will involve 42 crossings in Halifax, Roanoke Rapids and Weldon.

Work is expected to continue through April 3. Traffic delays are expected and there will be detours.
