Court records show Keyon West pled guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon and received a 14- to 26-months sentence that was suspended for 24 months of probation.
Motique Jackson, who was also charged in the September 28 case, pled in April to resisting arrest and got 60 days of jail time.
West, 18, and Motique Jackson, 20, at the time were charged with multiple counts related to an approximately 11:30 p.m. shooting in which multiple shots were fired in the area of the Interstate BP.
One person who was getting into a vehicle had bullets fired his way but was not injured. A second victim was also identified throughout the course of the investigation.
West and Jackson were initially charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, one count each of felony flee to elude arrest, resist, delay and obstruct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
