An Enfield man who allegedly broke into a vehicle of a business owner got a surprise when he was chased by the victim and another person who was able to get a good description that helped lead to his arrest today.
An Enfield woman was charged Thursday with larceny by employee, according to the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.
